Victoria Fabbo, MPH, RDN, LDN is a Culinary Dietitian | TV Host | Nutrition Educator | Advocate for Inclusion. Where food and nutrition meet, that’s where you’ll find Victoria Fabbo thriving. With over six years of experience as a Culinary Dietitian, Victoria brings together her passion for delicious, healthful food and a deep commitment to nutrition education for people of all ages and abilities. Victoria holds an Associate degree in Baking & Pastry and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University. She even had the experience to go to Yssengieux, France to École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie.

She later earned her Master of Public Health in Dietetics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Her culinary roots run deep — from the age of five, she began her food journey in her family’s Italian restaurant, Vittorio’s Pizza & Restaurant, where she learned the importance of hard work, hospitality, and community
connection. Victoria is the host and creator of Fabulous Foods with Victoria Fabbo, an international cooking show that highlights chefs from around the world as they share how they grow, prepare, and cook meals rooted in culture and love. Her goal is to inspire viewers to explore new foods and embrace the diversity of global cuisine.

Beyond television, Victoria is a passionate educator and advocate. She leads cooking classes for individuals with Down syndrome and other disabilities, teaches nutrition education to
students from ages 5 to 105, and frequently appears at events.

I’m Meg O’Rourke, a Registered Dietitian and Functional Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience helping people resolve digestive issues, weight loss resistance, food sensitivities, and fatigue that conventional medicine often overlooks.

The truth is, most medical doctors receive little to no training in nutrition, the microbiome, or the chemicals in our food supply. That’s where I come in.
